At New World Resume, there is no charge for phone consultations, and fees for resume preparation services are typically determined by the level, complexity, and duration of your work experience. Each package includes individual consultation time with a certified professional resume writer, resume design and two revisions.
In order to create an effective resume it is necessary for the resume writer to focus on specific achievements and skills which means you need to focus on your achievements and skills as well. This is actually a rather difficult process for most people. However, a professional resume writer has been trained and is skilled in obtaining this information and will create a document that will effectively capture your essence, sell your key strengths and skills in a format that best fits your personal needs. Step 1 – Choosing Your Resume Once you have chosen the appropriate resume package (with or without cover letter or other products) and payment has been received by New World Resume, you will receive an email with a username and password giving you access to our client database. Click here to choose your resume package. Step 2 – Your Existing Resume The resume writer needs information from you in order to create your new resume. You will be asked to provide your existing resume and it may be necessary for you to complete a comprehensive resume development worksheet. You will be contacted if this is necessary. Step 3 – Initial Consultation & Information Gathering After we have received your resume and worksheet, one of our certified professional resume writers will begin working on your resume. Depending on the information you have provided, it may be necessary for your resume writer to contact you via phone or email to answer questions or seek additional clarification. Step 4 – Delivery & Revisions Your document(s) will be sent to you via email. At New World Resume it is critical that you be satisfied with your resume. We offer two revisions of your document which is included in the price of the product. We will gladly make up to two revisions of your resume to ensure your total satisfaction. Step 6 – How Long Will It Take? The complexity of your resume and the information that we are able to obtain from you will determine the length of time it will take to complete the package. Our goal is to have your first draft to you within 3-4 business days. Step 7 – Payment Payment in full is required prior to release of any documents. Currently New World Resume accepts payments through PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal to make payments. Simply follow the directions and you will be guided through the process.
